Dilara Land is a strategic land business which promotes residential and commercial land across England.

The business was formed in 2022 by a highly experienced management team with respective backgrounds in property development, urban design and planning. Together we have been involved in the promotion of hundreds of sites for tens of thousands of homes which range from new settlements and strategic-scale town extensions to village sites for just a few houses.

Leveraging our broad commercial experience, we work to unlock value-maximising planning consents for landowners. We are passionate about excellent design, placemaking, sustainability and legacy.
