Dilara Land maximises land value by securing planning consents for landowners.

Successful land promotion is complex and requires a combination of commercial and technical expertise and a substantial investment of time and money. Until planning consent is secured, planning costs are ‘at risk’.

We typically promote sites through option agreements or promotion agreements. Option agreements are where we have the ability to buy the land following the grant of planning permission, typically at a discount to the market value of the land. Promotion agreements are where we form a joint venture with the landowner to promote their site and we are paid a fee from the sale proceeds. 

In both cases we provide the professional experience and bear the cost and risks of promotion in return for a small percentage of the land value once planning has been secured.
